Eccel now offers a high quality, fully automated assembly line for PCBA manufacturing. All staff are highly skilled and are IPC-A610 trained. Our manufacturing line now includes:

• Automatic PCB loader for efficient and secure loading of PCBs
• High quality solder screen printing
• Automatic pick & place machine placing up to 17,000 components per hour (CPH)
• Inspection conveyor
• 7 zone temperature profile controlled reflow oven
• Automatic PCB magazine unloader for efficient and secure unloading of PCBAs
• Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) for high quality soldering inspection

Our goal is to continue our investment in our in-house facility to enable us to increase our capacity at all stages of the PCBA manufacturing process.
