It retains the proven RFID functionality of the Pepper C1 while removing wireless (Wi-Fi and WPAN) hardware, making it ideal for projects that require wired communication or exclude wireless-enabled processors.
Available with USB/UART, RS232 and RS485 connectivity, Pepper C1 Lite supports host-controlled and standalone operation, HID keyboard emulation, six configurable GPIOs and a wide range of MIFARE®, NTAG® and ICODE® transponders.

Pepper C2 offers USB/UART, RS232 and RS485 options, standalone polling, USB HID keyboard emulation, six configurable GPIOs and extensive support for MIFARE Classic®, MIFARE Ultralight®, NTAG® and ICODE® transponders. For MIFARE DESFire® and MIFARE Plus® tags, Pepper C2 supports UID reading only.

It has an integrated PCB track antenna, LEDs, TTL serial and I/O interface and is available in two versions; with RS232 connector or USB (RS232 interface version requires 5 V supply, USB version uses USB bus for power supply).
